Twitter

Oh! You’re following me on the twitter! Thank you. You made my day. Seriously, you did. If you’re reading this you’re not some twitterbot that is selling me dating website subscriptions. You are a real person! (If you’re ever feeling down, tell yourself that. It’s a good mantra.)

So, what is bomble? You can read the history of the websites I own here. It’s kind of boring, so no need to click. One night in college, I slurred a word and invented a new one. Now it’s a website. Actually, a series of websites. Just a like a series of tubes. But be careful, it’s not a big truck. Don’t dump on it. Because those websites can (and will) be filled.

Rest in peace, Ted Stevens.

Who am I? I’m Jim Swift. Nice to meet you. I’m pictured above with my “Uncle Ted”, the late great, Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK). I think his description of the internet is dead on. While liberals mocked it, Ted Stevens remains right about Net Neutrality. (Alaskans and Ted Stevens supporters called the late Sen. Stevens “Uncle Ted” — he’s not really my uncle.)

Don’t take me too seriously on twitter. Most of what I post are random links and sarcasm.

Well, it was nice meeting you, twitter friend. I’ll see you in the twitterverse.
